Share a catalogue across Meta technologies.
Create a mobile shopfront with a catalogue.
With WhatsApp Business, you can create catalogues that serve as mobile shopfronts to showcase products or services. Catalogues can help businesses be more efficient with customer transactions and share an entire catalogue or a single product.
Zahra, LaLueur's marketing manager, has seen an increase in the number of messages that the brand receives each day. She loves chatting with customers but wants to reduce the amount of time it takes to make product recommendations. A catalogue is simple to manage and can help customers to have a better visual experience when they browse LaLueur’s products.

Catalogue management
A catalogue helps customers to browse products or services and organises everything into one easy-to-navigate space. In addition, it enables each customer to have a personalised experience and share what they care about. People can view a catalogue from a business's profile or straight from a chat.
Create and update.
Add new items to a catalogue or update them in just a few steps:
Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
Go to Business tools.
Tap Catalogue.
Tap the + Add new item button or select an existing item to edit.
Add information about each product, such as the item's name, price, description and website link.
Add images. Choose from your phone's gallery or take a photo with your camera. Use high-quality images that showcase a product's best features.
Tap Save.
LaLueur creates a catalogue that showcases all of its products and Zahra updates it consistently to make sure that it accurately represents the business's inventory.
Share.
Share your business’s entire catalogue or individual items with customers on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or elsewhere. To do this, copy the short link for the catalogue or item and share it however you like.

Tap Share link.
Choose how you'd like to share the short link.
Zahra can quickly customise her product recommendations to LaLueur's customers. She chats with people to ask questions about their needs and preferences and then finds a suitable solution in LaLueur's catalogue.
Catalogue best practices
Here are some important tips to consider for maintaining a catalogue:
Keep your catalogue updated
People who see items in a catalogue will have a better experience if the items are in stock and feature accurate pricing and information.
Include relevant and accurate titles and descriptions.
Item titles and descriptions are displayed to customers and make an impression on people. Make sure to include important details, avoid using too many keywords and proofread for spelling and grammar accuracy.
Use high quality images for your products.
To showcase items, use high-resolution images that are at least 500 x 500 pixels and represent items accurately.
